I am without words.
I know that you were not being truthful with me about several things at lunch yesterday, not the least of which is that you do, in fact, have an appointment to see Dr. Sxxxxxxxx again today.
Your finances are clearly another area that you are not being straight with me, as you would use your credit card to book a flight if you had the money available on it that you said you do.
We will never be able to start to move forward until you can tell me the absolute truth about what is going on. When you talk about how people in the family are reacting to you, your lack of truthfulness is at the heart of everyone's concern.
You are a bright and capable young man. I am saddened that you feel the need to deceive me. And I am really scared about the drugs.
I am ready and willing to talk about anything that is really happening in your life.
